We got into a wreck ON THE WAY to Big Red to get a 2nd car. We pulled in smoking and leaking fluid! They accepted our trade in with promp greetings and lots of laughs. I felt like they took us under their wing and REALLY helped us out. Three hours after our accident, we were driving home in a new 2011 Versa happier and more relieved than ever imagined. They gave us a great deal and really helped the process of getting approved go VERY smoothly! They did all of the work for us! Everybody was hilarious and very nice! It was amazing, they are amazing, and I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase! I also feel like I should add that they have an amazing lush seating area, a flat screen, and a live in GIANT dog that kept us entertained! We were able to cuddle up and watch the opening of the Olympics. They made a potentially devastating situation turn out for the better. Granted, we only have one car instead of two, but that's my HUSBAND's fault!!

It's a long story, but in the end we were misled into buying a lesser car than we requested with the belief that factory navigation would be installed. We are paying for that car, but did not get it. General manager Dallas tried to rectify the situation, but in the end we are paying for a CR-V with navigation and -might- get the money back from Honda Financial in 3 years! How is this fair?FOLLOW UP: I've not spoken to anyone at Fowler since writing this review, but Honda Financial has applied our $1700 refund toward our lease payments instead of holding it as a deposit. This was what we wanted to have happen, and I suspect that g.m. Dallas got wind of my reviews and made it so. I am ambivalent about whether I will continuing doing business with Fowler, but I do appreciate the efforts by Dallas to address our grievances.
Let me start by saying everyone we spoke with and or dealt with was very nice. We started out at Big Red Sports and Imports and they couldn't finance us I guess. So they sent us to here to Norman Mitsubishi and we were told that everything we agreed upon at big red would be the same payment wise get to the Mitsubishi lot and they told us our payments would be $4 more than first told. So we said okay. We do the paper work and everything on tuesday 11-4 and then we get a call to come back Monday because finance department needed new paperwork signed. So we go back to sign the new paperwork to find out our payments have went from $447 to $481 which is more than we wanted to pay. I love the new car but the payments a little to high even with a trade and rebates. Feeling mislead.
Listen, I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport(my second Accord) from Fowler Honda and had the best car buying experience. I had shopped online and they had the best price locally which was also very straight forward. I had mentally prepared myself for the battle that we all know buying a car can become. To my surprise and tremendous relief, it was easy! I was greeted at the door and asked my name, the salesperson then said "very nice to meet you, i've been expecting you. Your Accord is pulled right up front for you" That was it I was done. If you are in the market for car do yourself a favor and call Fowler Honda!
After a long day of shopping and getting the runaround from other dealerships we went to Big Red looking for a SUV. We told the salesman what we were looking for he showed us 4 vehicles that fit our budget and needs. We decided we wanted the Tahoe. Everyone was so friendly. It was really the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever made. Next time we will start by going to Big Red. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
Just bought a new Honda Accord last Wednesday evening. My salesman was awesome. He worked until we got what I had in mind on payment/deal. I am totally pleased with the service there. I had bought a Honda at another dealership previously and thought I would go back to them because they were nice the first time. Second go round was not good and Fowler Honda was better than either times at the other place.

I thought everyone at Norman Mitsubishi was 5 stars! Kind, considerate, and made me a great deal on my new car! They took my trade for a little more than I was hoping to get and I was able to buy a new car for a lower payment than my used car! I was a very happy customer!

The salesman immediately gave us a bottom line price that was well below factory invoice. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Fowler Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
