I have had the pleasure of leasing directly from Rob and DMG for almost two years now. Before working with DMG, I was hesitant due to some negative reviews I read online. However, their professionalism and want to help their lessors quickly came to light during my experience in the leasing process. After I figured out that one of their properties wasn't available for leasing (the washer/drier unit wasn't able to be removed and I had just bought a pair), I was extremely upset at the situation. However, my leasing agent, Lorelei (sorry if I spelled that wrong) handled my stressed-out self with care. Lorelei offered to look through their entire database to help me find a place to live for the next school year. While looking through the database with Lorelei, Rob took it upon himself to come into her office and speak with me directly about leasing a property that wasn't listed in their database, as he had just been notified it wasn't going to be re-let for the next school year. Rob then proceeded to sit with me for an hour in his office and dispel all concerns I had about leasing with DMG, explained the situations and scenarios surrounding all of the bad online reviews, and agreed to keep an open communication with me. Ever since I signed the lease, every problem I've had with my current unit has been addressed promptly and without question. Never once has Rob broken his promise to me concerning our agreement to open communication. Everyone I've met at the office is extremely nice, especially Charla, the front desk receptionist who always greets me with a smile and REMEMBERS me whenever I come in. I only come in once a month and she knows exactly who I am and where I rent! That's crazy and just a sign of the character of this rental property management service. I cannot recommend DMG and Rob highly enough. It's been a pleasure renting from them, and if I weren't leaving Norman soon, I would continue using their services.
Extremely helpful, went out of their way to do what they could since I was out of state when I decided to rent through them. I was not disappointed, have been a tenant for over 3 years.
I rented from DMG for over 4 years and had a very good experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful to my concerns. Several times I had to make special requests and they were always willing to work with me. I would recommend using DMG to all my friends and family.
Regina has been a great landlord for our house apartment. She has been very fast to respond, repair or take care of any problems that we have reported. I would definitely rent from them again!
This is the worst and most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever worked with. They will try to get every single penny they can out of your pockets, and will try to make you sign a very unreasonable and unfair lease. You will have to pay for absolutely anything that happens with the property regardless if it was your fault or not. They will not even try to understand your position and negotiate with you and you will have to deal with every single problem you have. Also, don't expect to get your security deposit back, even though you return the property in MINT condition. The manager "Robert Brannock" is never at the office and does not respond emails or phone calls, so basically you are always on your own. BE WARNED, DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH DMG!!! WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
