Sterling Furniture in Norfolk, VA

I have been searching for just the right end tables. I found a set in a larger furniture store, but decided to look a little more before purchasing. On the way back home I passed American Freight, decided to look at what they had available. I saw the same tables and one set that I liked better for less than the larger store. Jessica helped me to check the measurements on the tables, told me about other deals in the store while Lance rang up my purchases. The atmosphere was friendly and efficient. I will return.

I cannot say enough about Daryl at this location. What an amazing manager and salesperson. He listened to me completely and we left with something more than we could have hoped for that fit our family's need. What an amazing location with wonderful customer service! Daryl is simply the BEST!

I was happy to purchase furniture from American Freight. There is a decent selection to choose from. I was not happy that literally, nothing was put together and I did not realize that. To make it all worse, I could not fit the dining room table in my new home. I called to the store, and was told to send it back and I could choose something else and that I would be called back about it. I never received a call, sent the dining room set back, but they have my money. Very disappointed. Each time I call, no one answers the phone now. And, the delivery guys left my home a complete mess! I will never do business with or recommend anyone to American Freight.

Starr is the BEST. Seriously, she spend HOURS with us, was extremely helpful, never intrusive. Her knowledge of the store blew me away, and her willingness to gather additional information was unsurpassed. Your company is blessed to have such a terrific employee, and her impeccable service alone would bring me back.

They do not do refunds and will not tell you. They do not support military. Customer service is awful. Place has potential but the refund policy and management needs work.
