Family Car Wash

I washed my car myself, but couldn't do a good job cleaning the interior (ie cup holders, dash and steering column nooks and crannies) so I decided to take it to the professionals. I have always gone to Jay Jays on Granby but a friend recently told me of her great experience at Family and referred me there instead. Well that was the worst mistake I ever made. I specifically requested they wipe out the cup holders and center console when I drove up to drop off the car. After an hour, my car was "done" and I open the door to see a dirty cup holder and untouched center console. I asked the man to wipe it down, so he took a dry cloth and just kind of dusted it around. I then get in my car to drive home and notice none of my dashboard had been wiped down! The stain on the back tailgate window was still there and the gunk around the shifter had not been cleaned at all. The outside of the car looked fine, but $20 for a rinse with a power washer is hardly something to gloat about. Save $7 and go to Jay Jays. They charge $13 and actually wipe down the interior of your car! So disappointing!
