Laura Lynn has gone above and beyond to make sure my mother has all her meds delivered on auto scheduling. Friendly and easy to work with.
What a great pharmacy...owned by one of the Original Bayview Plaza Pharmacy staff..is a great find....like the old place they offer Free Delivery and do a great job....the customer service is amazing!
This place has no concern for providing great customer service at all. I usually like this store because its close to my house and their great variety of merchandise even though their prices are higher than the other beauty supply stores, but as of today, I will no longer be spending my money here. This place has sold merchandise to me that they knew were defective, refuse to let me exchange an item less than $10 that I had purchased only 1 day before and since I had no receipt they said, they couldn't help me, i just found out they have this senseless rule: no exchanges, no refunds, all sales final.....as if people can't change their minds, purchased the wrong item or just found it cheaper elsewhere. I am glad that I know now and just wanted to share, I am happy to take my business elsewhere!
This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever been to. Unfortunately, my new insurance doesn't contract with CVS so I'm forced to go here. The lines are so long, there is only ever one cashier, they are unfriendly and rude to customers. It's obvious they aren't given any customer service training.
I have been very ill since i was 16 yrs old and I have delt with sooo many pharmacys ..from massachusetts to va . I cant say that not one pharmacy not CVS NOT WALGREENS NOT BAYVIEW PHARMACY HAVE ANYTHING ON THE ATRIUM AT DEPAUL.... JAY TRACEY MARTINA KEITH AND ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO ALSO WORK . ALSO TOM WHO HAS PASSED AWAY DUE TO A TERRUBLE ACCUDENT
Two employees helped my mother with a blu ray player and they answered all her questions
The place is ok if you are there for buy groceries, but when it comes to other stuff such as electronics and accessories, you are on your own. The sales people are no help at all, they don't know anything of what they are selling in the electronics department. When go there, just look at it for yourself and buy it and don't ask stupid questions. Also they don't offer lay away except when Santa is coming in his rusty sleigh. So if you are there to buy everyday and no technical items you are warmly welcome there. If you are there to buy something besides a over priced LED television go do your own research before buying.
