Sabad's Restaurant

There aren't enough stars to give Sabad's a proper rating! We had dinner here for 14 people when my son graduated from Clarkson U 3 years ago. Service was impeccable! Very friendly people. Attention to detail - extra napkins, empty plates removed without our noticing, utensils and condiments served without having to request... it was as if they read our minds! And the food! The food was exquisite! Everyone ordered something different which must have been a nightmare for the chef(s) and servers. ALL food came out hot and fresh at the exact same time and exactly as ordered! The menu is extensive with something for everyone. Grandma loved her vodka. Naturally, she ordered the vodka sauce pasta which brought cajoling from everyone at the table! The portion served her caused those next to her to jokingly tuck their elbows in! We were seated in a separate room, beautifully decorated with a history of wine bottles lining the ceiling - hundreds of wine bottles laid next to each other on wooden frames. Again, the service had us amazed...perfect! No questioning who ordered what...when a beverage was near empty, another either magically appeared or was politely suggested as previously ordered. And, no one had room for dessert but, we ordered anyway! Cheesecake!

I didn't write a review back then but, I have another son graduating from Clarkson in 2016 and had to make sure I could find this fabulous place again! We'll be all dressed up and not wanting to be. We'll be weary travelers from Rochester and there will be a lot of us. And, yes, someone amongst us will have to have vodka everything! I can't think of a more comfortably elegant, delicious place to have our celebratory meal than Sabad's Restaurant! It is off the beaten path and, traveling in the dark I thought we were lost, at first, because there are NO landmarks! But, the route is easily followed and, once we arrived, we immediately realized it was worth it! See you in May, 2016, Sabad's! ~ from the McLaren families of Kendall, Brockport, and Greece, NY!

Service is excellent. Food is excellent. Have eaten at Sabad's many, many times and have never had a bad meal or service. Large portions at very reasonable prices. Danny Carranza & Family

I've never had a bad meal at Sabads. Large portions, great selection, - its one of the best restaurants in the area.
