First hand customer experience is the best experience. Here is mine. You be the judge.

Scheduled an appointment for furnace and AC unit repair the same day (+). Specifically asked about pricing: $89 "show up fee" with a fee waived on purchases over $200.

Received confirmation call on technician's arrival time. Technician did not show up (-). Had to call myself after waiting an hour and reschedule (-).

When he finally got here, the heating problem was narrowed down to a loose connector within a few minutes: $57 connector wiggle charge.

Technician wanted to leave right away, had to beg him to look at the air conditioning part of the same unit (-). If he has to comes back that's another $89 fee. Good for the company, right?

Replaced the condenser fan. $430 to replace $125 fan with labor (30 min) and convenience included.

After adding all charges refused to "waive' $89 fee per original quotation which would be a big no in a customer centric organization (--). Nobody at the office, supervisors went home for the night (6pm).



Overall impression: charge a lot, charge often, sell as much as you can. No evidence of "Exception service GUARANTEE" observed.

TODAY[10/10/2013] thursday morning was my tune up day with UNIVERSAL H&A from NORCROSS,GA. my tech./SERVICE SPECIALISH was NORBERTO ,he is very skilled,in his job ,NORBERTO took the time to put on floor slippers & go in detail about the service that he was doing on my unit,took the time to write in detail on paper also for me to keep. NORBERTO did a GREAT JOB, NORBERTO IS ONE OF THE BEST !!!! thanks ,LUIS SORIANO.

David -- Was professional..He knows HVAC -- probably better than the back of his hand. He coached me on the Value of a maintenance plan versus a tune-up. My wife has lung issues. David sold me on UV system to get rid of Moss.. I am requesting that follow up maintenance calls to our home be ONLY David..Thank you..Rudy Donner

Bad Business

This company rips off senior citizens. They came out to my house to fix a heating issue. The first tech said my circuit board was bad and had to be replaced. The parts charge was $404 and his labor was $100. After he replaced placed the board the same problem existed, although he told me the system needed time to warm up. He charged my card and left. After another day, they sent another tech out who told me that serveral problems existed beyond the circuit board and would cost over $1400 additional. After speaking to the managment, they told me that they would take care of the issues. They have done nothing to correct this problem and I have found that the old circuit board is good.
