Bait-and-switch - I called and he quoted me $40.00 each tire. After he mounted the tires he told me it was $75.00 each. I had just talked to him 20 minutes before I arrived. We went back and forth on the price. I told him there is no way I will pay $75.00 each tire. I was on a lunch break from work and it already took 2 hours. He said I will give you a deal $60.00 each tire. I had to get back to work so I agreed. I will never do business with him again
So amazed by how fast and good these mechanics are every time I take my truck in for repairs. Even though they are always busy. They have several bays. Great customer service. Will keep going back.

I went to the JBs about four years ago and it was my first experience of buying a used tire rather than a new tire. I needed a Goodyear Integrity to match the other three on my Toyota Highlander. The tech brought out about five correctly sized Goodyear Integrity tires and let me look at the tread and the date of the tire and the overall condition of the tires. I chose what I believed was the best tire and was in and out the door in about 10 minutes at a cost of $25. I was hooked. I have a small side business related to tires and I always go back to JB's for my tire needs. I still buy new tires elsewhere when needed, but I have used JB's at least 20 times over the last 4 to 5 years and have never been disappointed.
Avoid This Company - R & J Tire Inc - 4842 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA 30093I would rate this company a (0) if I could. Several months ago I got two used tires put on my car at this company, not even 90 days later, I'm on I-85 S in the HOV lane and I hear sound and see something fly away from my car, I thought I had a blowout. Turned out, a section of rubber near the middle of the tire was gone (the object I saw fly away from the car) I head to the same place that put the tire on (R & J Tire Co Inc). Keep in mind that no one else has made any repairs, I get the R & J Tire Co Inc and tell them I need 1 used tire, as they proceed to take the lug nuts, they act like they're having trouble, it takes a second person to get it off, We all know to much torque will take the spindle piece that secures 1 of the 4 nuts in place with it. As they take it off, they're letting me know its broke, I'm like ok, it wasn't broke last time and your the only ones who have replaced the tire. I let them know the same tire they took off, they installed it last time I was there. I talk to the manager who refuses to offer any help, any type of one time courtesy credit, anything, then asks me to pay first before he puts the used tire I was purchasing back on.
I went here for a standard oil change & tire rotation. Was quoted the price of the rotation ($20) immediately, but was never told the price of the oil change. My boyfriend has been visiting this place for oil changes for 2 years, even brought my car here for an oil change a month ago before our vacation. He was charged $25. I had a sticker for $2 off due to this. I'm new to car maintenance & I'm sure the staff could tell. They asked me whether I wanted conventional, synthetic or high mileage oil. I didn't know which to choose, so I skimmed through my manual. Which only suggested the brand Total. One of the reps assured me that my info would be in the system from the last oil change but another rep said it wasn't. And that it wasn't on the sticker (that THEY placed on my windshield) either. So I went with synthetic. About 20 mins later they tell me I'm ready & quote me a price of $77.70. Unbelievable! I asked for an itemized print out to which the rep responded their printer was down. He provided me a receipt where he had written in the price for my oil change above the printed out prices. The model of my vehicle was listed incorrectly & it was overall just highly unprofessional & sloppy. To add insult to injury I took a closer look at the receipt & noticed the actual price for the synthetic oil change and filter listed as $44.99. They didn't even close my hood completely when they were done! They didn't fill up my fluid levels (which was suppose to be included in the $44.99 rate) and I'm almost positive that they failed to put air in my tires as well. & I DID NOT RECEIVE THE $2 OFF EITHER. I was highly dissatisfied and almost moved to tears, establishments should not pray on paying customers like this. I would have been happy to be a consistent repeat customer here, we live less than 2 mins from there but now I will NEVER return here. Don't waste your money on poor customer service & bait and switch tactics. Fast service DOES NOT equal good service!
First off - I never knew places like this existed. I needed a new sun visor for my car and it costs about $80 bucks online, but will cost $7 bucks at Pull-A-Part. The only catch is that you have to pull the part off the car....then it's yours. The place is pretty modern with touch screens to sort through cars and parts. Plenty of parking and I believe it's a standard two bucks to enter the junkyard. Enjoy!
