Mike came out to fix my oven saw a problem, fix in 30 min. fair price. thanks mike.

Mike came to my home twice to fix a fridge. He replace the fan motor and when the unit still didn't work, on the third day (now all my food is perishing and thawed out) he told me he would come and remove the part, and give me "some" money back. I called him and let him know that he could come back in the evening, when my husband was home (my husband no longer wanted him in our house) and that is when he got upset and accused me of playing games. I had called two other companies the day before to get them to come out and service my fridge, remember, this is day 3 of no fridge, and they both (the two other companies) told me I probably had a coolant leak and that estimate they gave me for a fan motor (my model number was given ) installed was 130-165. Mike charged me 340.00 for a part I didn't need. 340.00 and I still have no working fridge. Be warned

The bottom oven of our 20 yr old Tappan wasn't working. Called Mike and he showed up 30 min later! Diagnosed a bad igniter, replaced it ON THE SPOT. It's only been a day, but the oven is working great! The price was VERY reasonable, the service shockingly prompt. He was also pleasant/courteous. Highly recommend, but be wary of other companies using a similar "Reliable" name, as stated in another review. Use this company located in Norco.

This repairman is a great & rebuttable repairman. I think the previous reviewers are reviewing the wrong company. I had several referrals to Reliable Appliances and I mistakenly called Reliable Services (this company is stealing reliable Appliances business and ruining his reputation by doing shoddy work). Reliable Services did not have the part I needed and their quote was $100 more than Reliable Appliances. He had the part and did a great job fixing my washer. I would hire him again in a heart beat, it is so nice to have a nice reputable repairman that can fix my appliances that I trust, and many of my friends trust as well. These other reviewers are reviewing the wrong company and man. So make sure you ask for Mike a very nice hispanic man.

Don't hire this repairman. Not honest at all. I wish I would have checked reviews before doing business with him. My experience with him was not good. He replaced a part on my dryer and then let me know that more parts were needed. If I would have known the total price at the beginning, I would have opted to replace my old dryer with a new one since in the end I was only $100 away from a new appliance. If he is a professional, he would have known in the beginning that if a part on an older model dryer is replace what other parts will most likely need replacing too but he choose not too disclose this to me.
