- Norco Camper Co. has been in business for over 40 years. And was built and opened in the early 1970s by Marvin and Emily Larson. In 1991 their children Michael Larson and Sheila Kotlensky took over the family business and still run it to this day. They hope that one day one of their children will take over the business.

I have dealt Norco Camper for several years and have always found the owner Mike and staff very courteous and helpful.
Went to this business to have a broken camper shell door looked at. Talked to the lady at the counter and she said oh, I will have our person who knows utility shells come see you. I waited, and waited, and waited. And mind you I was right by the counter, you couldn't miss me however I was completely ignored after that. I watched a few unhappy customers come and go and that is when I left. I figured even if they did eventually help me, their work might be poor based on their customer service. They will never get my business.
Drove down south to pick up a new wheelchair at Colours in Corona. Our Camper shell was not Latching/Locking correctly. I looked these folks up on line they were VERY HELPFUL. I did have to wait a few (totally expected) as I was a drop in. The adjustments got made and my Snug Top Camper is working perfectly now. Thanks So much!!
I was recommended to pay a visit to this shop when the handle on my camper broke and I required a replacement part. With a great selection of campers and camper repair parts, this store fulfills all your camper related needs. The workers there are helpful and know exactly what they are doing. Next time you want a Snug-Top, Vision, or any camper related product, these are the people to go to.

Provided by Citysearch -Walked in to get some simple pricing and after waiting 20mins for one person behind the counter to help someone in a catalog the other person behind the counter just completely ignored me even after finishing helping someone else and looking directly at me a few times. If this is the kind of customer service they provide their customers I'd had to see what kind of work they perform on campers or the level of detail they give their work. I would never do business with this company based on how I was treated.
Norco Camper Company is filled with knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous people. They gave me suggestions, tips, and advice on how to repair the roof on my travel trailer. These people, especially Julio, deserve a big time round of applause.
