The manager on duty (Hamlin) should find a new line of work. Customer service is not his calling. More in the lines of Bouncer for a ghetto establishent. He was rude and unprofessional. Not only did i bring their rental back but i was held hostage for money my insurance Usaa bank said was pending and could not be resolved til the morning. I was left stranded without a ride home which was 5 miles away. He wanted to prove a pointless point that was out of my control and proceed to imbaress me .. That they are sending me to collections. He wanted to provoke a verbal altercation. When simply i just wanted to go home!!! As i sat infront of their establishment looking for a ride home . He would hit the alarm on each car to make it very uncomfortable to sit or even talk on the phone as i was forming a complaint to their corporate office. He imbaressed me to no end. His actions were uncalled for. And unwarranted.
I gave them a five across the board because they deserve it! Each time we need a rental I go to the Norco store. They have the best customer service I have seen in a while. Keep up the excellent work guys.
I have used Enterprise for years and obviously have always had a good experience when dealing with them. I keep coming back!
