The manager on duty (Hamlin) should find a new line of work. Customer service is not his calling. More in the lines of Bouncer for a ghetto establishent. He was rude and unprofessional. Not only did i bring their rental back but i was held hostage for money my insurance Usaa bank said was pending and could not be resolved til the morning. I was left stranded without a ride home which was 5 miles away. He wanted to prove a pointless point that was out of my control and proceed to imbaress me .. That they are sending me to collections. He wanted to provoke a verbal altercation. When simply i just wanted to go home!!! As i sat infront of their establishment looking for a ride home . He would hit the alarm on each car to make it very uncomfortable to sit or even talk on the phone as i was forming a complaint to their corporate office. He imbaressed me to no end. His actions were uncalled for. And unwarranted.
I gave them a five across the board because they deserve it! Each time we need a rental I go to the Norco store. They have the best customer service I have seen in a while. Keep up the excellent work guys.
I have used Enterprise for years and obviously have always had a good experience when dealing with them. I keep coming back!
Great place to rent a truck. Great service and you can drop off the truck anytime even when they are closed. Budget down the street closed on Sunday but will charge you extra day and late fee when you bring the key on Monday. Rent from Penske in Norco for the best price and customer service
I would never use them again. Closed on Sunday, told me not to worry so bring it back on Monday morning. we brought it back the truck on Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning at 7:30AM we brought back the key. It wasn't open. Came back at 10:30AM and the person wasnt there so we waited 20 minutes and was told they had other reservation so charge us extra day and late fee plus charge us times for truck insurance. Would never rent from them again . Told us buget doesn't let them have a key dropped off box
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I rented a truck in San Diego and dropped it off here on a Sunday; no one there to process truck, dropped the keys in their drop box like Nicole advised. I had a bad feeling about this place so I took a picture of the truck gas gauge before locking it up and dropping the keys in the box. showing the gauge reading full. 4 days later I check my Discover account and sure enough there is an extra $52.41 charge on it from this company. So I call them up and ask why they charged me and the woman who answered the phone states that it was for $30. in gas plus a $22. fee to pump the gas. So I asked her how they determined if a truck is not full and she states that they look at the gauge. I told her I have a picture of the gauge showing past full and she replied "Oh well, we had to put gas in it so I don't know what you want me to do". So this was a 16' Budget truckPicked it up in Chula Vista California, Drove it to imperial beach, then back to Corona. I stopped in Corona and filled the tank until I literally had a dollars’ worth of gas spill on the ground. First of all the total miles from pick up to gassing up were 112 and the tank still was a 1/4 full. Then I drove home and dropped it off in Norco the next day. From the gas station in Corona (fill up) to my house then to Norco for drop off was 10 miles. So they are trying to tell me that I drove this truck 112 miles and it only required $49. dollars’ worth of gas to fill it up (that is spilling out of the filler hole) and driving 10 miles to drop it off required an additional $30. worth of gas? Crooks, they must pray on people that drop off on Sundays because they know most will not be able dispute their word against the customers. So.......go ahead and use this company if it is close to your home BUT...........DO NOT DROP OFF ON SUNDAY!SEE PHOTO! Crooks
