Overall

Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone. Every single time I've tried calling, their messed-up automated system has been goofy (no matter what you say, it just cuts you off mid-word & says it's sorry & that it doesn't understand. So, it tells you to now push buttons for options), & then it ALWAYS says they are "experiencing a higher than normal call volume"... It just rings, & rings, & rings, & rings, &......Bullcrap!!! How the crap is that customer service?!
