I gave this man (owner Travis) $500 down for a motorcycle ..I did not buy the motorcycle for some reason I thought someone of these types professionalism and Christianity...Would return half of my money as I asked at least 15 times and also had my 30-year-old daughter call too represent me and my 100% disabled military veteran status; unfortunately he will not do it. which is very very sad. I met his family he seem very nice! I was obviously incorrect..Sad case of me hoping praying that someone would do the right thing” it’s obvious that’s impossible for him to do -/that’s all I would like to say.
I dealt with Victor and Brian the last few days and I was very pleased with their service, and the good deal I got! Victor went the extra mile for me to even exchange the car I bought earlier with a different one and transferred the title at no extra cost as well as the warranty.
Best dealership around! Victor and Bryan are such nice men and truly want every customer to leave with a great car! They give a warranty with all of the cars which I think is so awesome! I send everyone here!
Horrible!! I gave a good review earlier because of the nice young man but after opening the back of my SUV (after it was supposedly detailed) there was straw and dirt in the back end. Drink holder in front seat not even wiped off. Visible dirt. Automagic's cheapest carwash does a better job than this supposed "detail" job that I paid for
DON'T USE - RIP OFF I purchased a special price offer through the "Daily Deals" affiliated with KY3 on April 5, 2013. I called and spoke to the owner who was kind enough to schedule an appointment for me on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 9:00am even thought they were normally closed on Saturdays. While I was still on the phone with him he asked an employee if he would be willing to come in on Saturday and he said yes. I show up on Saturday April 13, 2013 just prior to 9:00am drop off my car and my keys, he says it will be done around 1:00pm. I am thinking, I am going to need to give them a big tip for working with me on Saturday. I come back at 1:10pm to pick up my vehicle and it is still parked in the parking lot, untouched, unlocked, with my keys under the floor mat and the business is closed wand no one is around. (I guess I should be glad my vehicle was still there) I call and leave a message on their business phone. At 2:10pm I get a call from the employee, who says his boss had called me the night before and left me a voice mail message stating they wouldn't be able to do the job on Saturday. He then says he was surprised to see me and he was wondering why I was there because he had a job in Branson that he had to do. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no, I wanted my money back, plus money for my gas and time that I wasted. He said that wasn't happening but I could call KY3 and get my money back from them. (My question is, if any of what he said was true then why was he there and why did he take my keys and let me drop off my car, and why did he tell me it would be done at 1:00pm) They never called me to tell me any of this, even though my name and cell phone number is written in big lettering on 3 sides of my vehicles windows. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!
I read several bad reviews when I was researching a car I liked that Lipscomb had on the lot. The truth is, many of these bad reviewers bought very inexpensive vehicles and agreed to an as-is - no warranty deal. You really can't fault a car company after you sign that you're accepting the vehicle as-is (one reviewer even heard a knock in the engine during the test drive...why you would expect the vehicle to last is beyond me). You should always be cautious when buying a used vehicle, no matter who you buy from. That's smart consumerism 101.My experience was that the guys at Lipscomb were very courteous and respected that I wanted to buy a particular car and did not try to upsell me when I was ready to make a deal. They offered me a fair price on my trade-in and respected my wishes to finance through my bank. I would buy from them again.
Believe this place is out of business now. I purchased back in Feb 2012 a Complete Auto Detail from LivingSocial. I've been trying to call this place for over a week to setup an appointment before my offer expires on Sept 1st. Phone seems to go to a cell phone voicemail. Left numerous messages and no return call. Contacted LivingSocial about issue and got a full refund due to them being out of business. If you purchased any LivingSocial or Groupon from this company, get a refund ASAP!
