Management is very rude with no common sense. Owner argued with me that she was more educated about 4 year olds than my pediatrician of 40 years and I (I'm nearing the end of nursing school will be an RN in April) and I know MY kid. Had to call the police to get refunded my money when she kicked my children out because I forgot to bring extra clothes in. Would not recommend taking the risk of dealing with her snarkiness. Only three nice employees I met but one doesn't work there anymore (carmen), Jackie, and LeAnn. My kids raved about them. But never talked about anyone else.

My daughter has been here since 12 weeks old and she's now 2. We could not be happier. They treat her and us like family. She has a severe egg allergy and they have always been so careful and by there own choice have gone egg free in the facility for her. I truely cannot express the peace of mind they have given us all along the way!
This place truly is a Home Away From Home for all the kids. The staff is very friendly and loved by all of the kids in the care. I know that when I drop my child off everyday that he is well cared for, learning new things, and having a fun experience at the same time. I recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for childcare.
My daughter has been attending this daycare for 2 years now. The staff is friendly and have become like family. My daughter has learned and grown in so many ways and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my baby while I work. Reviews are really important when deciding to place your child in a daycare center, so I urge you to pay attention to those with long term history with this buisness and not a disgruntled former employee who quit without notice. Character matters and I trust the owner and staff at Home Away from Home.
I cannot say enough how much I love Home Away From Home. My son is so happy everyday and has learned so much in his time there since he was an infant. The teachers are truly like our family, and treat the kids like their own.
I have been taking my son to this daycare for almost 4 years. I have nothing but praise for the owner and teachers. My son is a bright, smart child because of them. Please don't let the lies of a disgruntled employee prevent you from pursuing this amazing center!
I went to the new day care to see it for myself. They opened their door on August 24th. I was amazed to see the amount of work they put in to get the daycare up and running. I talked with one the new owners and he explained what they are doing differently to ensure that the abuse case that happened earlier this year does not happen again. There are no doubts the new daycare is a complete different entity that is not associated with Ready Set Learn daycare. Love ya guys and welcome to the community of Nixa
Praise Time Preschool and Learning Center is completely different from the previous daycare. The facility is clean, staff is welcoming, loving, and caring. I like the curriculum and the atmosphere that promote child's creativity, learning, cognitive and spiritual growth. When you put your feet in the daycare you see the difference immediately. I am totally convinced without any shadow of doubt that the new ownership is completely different from the previous one. If you are looking for a loving, caring, and safe learning environment for your little one, this is the right place for you.
There has been several cases of abuse at this facility. Parents if you love and want the best for your kid then everyone remove your kid from this business. This needs immediate shut down. If parents keep their kids here then I question theirparenting skills and lack of responsibility. Shut down ready set learn now not later.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. A teacher pulled my 2 year old son across the room by his arm, slammed him in a chair, picked him up and slammed him down again. Then put his head in the wall by her hand on his neck. He has bruising still a week later. A teacher in another room witnessed and reported to the director/owner, who chose to not only fail to tell me, but report it to the state as she is mandated to do. The teacher who witnessed it chose to file a police report and that's how I found out. The entire incident is on the facility cameras. The teacher was charged with Class C Felony Child Abuse. There have been teachers let go for speaking up when they see things that need to be reported, and this is not the first abuse case to come out of this facility. The owner has NO BUSINESS running a daycare!!
