Wouldn't recommend. To them warranty means they will buy you a used replacement part...You have to cover the costs of installing it.
I bought a 2016 cruze shortly before the holidays. The next morning I noticed the tire pressure was low, so I put air in. The next morning the same thing. I called the dealership to tell them about it, and that I wouldn't be able to bring it in until the new year. They assured me it would be no cost, and they would take care of me. I get the car there, and apparently there is a nail in the tire. They charged me full price of tire and installation. I believe the nail was in there all along. Not only this, but my credit cars was also charged for warranty they cancelled on my old car. This is the second, and last vehicle I will purchase from this dealership.
Ok I bought a car from this shady dealership took it back to them a week later because the suspension was making a lot of noises, sounding like rubber rubbing together every time I turn the wheel.. He told me that the car was fine and that's what fords sounds like when they get old. I knew he was BS-ing me. a week later the wheel fell off because the ball joint had broken. I gotten I got the 2 year warranty because my credit was approved. The company that gave me the 2yr warranty was WEC not the Dealership, so I called them and they said all I have to do is take it to a licensed mechanic and they will fix it. ( also I told them what was wrong)That company is shady too. I tried to find a Mechanic but most of them will not deal with with warranty repair companies. so I finally fond one that will deal with them. So I paid for a tow truck ($100) then after all that the company said they don't pay for ball joints repair, So I had to pay almost $300 to get it fixed and $100 for the tow all together almost $400. I called the dealership back they said they won't fix it but they will try to work out deal with me I told him no thanks and go ... well I guess know what I said next. bottom line I would be careful buying from this dealership, My daughter was driving at the time the wheel came off luckily she was only going 25 mph. If she was on the Interstate I would hate to think what would had happen then....
I would give them less but 1 star is the minimum they will allow. The worst service I ever had to deal with. Worst customer service, loooooooong wait time, they LIE about EVERYTHING including their vehicles, warranty, service. They promise you a million things then when you actually need something they don't respond or wait until warranty is up. All they care about it they money $$$ you are giving them. They don't care about YOU or your SAFETY!
After them calling saying my vehicle was ready THREE times, showing up and there being problems, I had to take my vehicle to another place to be fixed correctly. The staff was very friendly up until there was a problem, then they blamed me for my vehicle not being fixed correctly. When someone doesn't do their job correctly it causes others problems. Unless you have ample free time and a willingness to continue to have to take your vehicle back I wouldn't waste your time with this place.
Had my Jeep at Rick Nease auto clinic for 2 months to the day. It took him 2 months to do 3.1 hours of work to it. Replaced a fuel pump and a carburetor. We even had to do all of the parts running, my wife had to pick up the old carb from him and the manager of the auto zone was good enough to deliver the new one. Had to pay $100 to upgrade the carb because it was in his shop so long the warranty on the existing "new" carb expired 3 weeks after he got the car. After at least a half a dozen trips to his shop for one reason or another I finally got it back yesterday. It drove the 13 miles home fine and I parked it. I went to take it for a drive about an hour later and it went about 1/8 of a mile and died. No fuel being delivered. So after 2 months and nearly $300 I am back where I started. When we called him this morning he suggested we check the fuel lines for any damage. I would think that he would have thought to do that in the 2 months he had it. The worst part about it is his absolute disregard for accepting any responsibility for it. Not one apology for any of it. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. This guy should be ashamed of himself.
