After them calling saying my vehicle was ready THREE times, showing up and there being problems, I had to take my vehicle to another place to be fixed correctly. The staff was very friendly up until there was a problem, then they blamed me for my vehicle not being fixed correctly. When someone doesn't do their job correctly it causes others problems. Unless you have ample free time and a willingness to continue to have to take your vehicle back I wouldn't waste your time with this place.
Had my Jeep at Rick Nease auto clinic for 2 months to the day. It took him 2 months to do 3.1 hours of work to it. Replaced a fuel pump and a carburetor. We even had to do all of the parts running, my wife had to pick up the old carb from him and the manager of the auto zone was good enough to deliver the new one. Had to pay $100 to upgrade the carb because it was in his shop so long the warranty on the existing "new" carb expired 3 weeks after he got the car. After at least a half a dozen trips to his shop for one reason or another I finally got it back yesterday. It drove the 13 miles home fine and I parked it. I went to take it for a drive about an hour later and it went about 1/8 of a mile and died. No fuel being delivered. So after 2 months and nearly $300 I am back where I started. When we called him this morning he suggested we check the fuel lines for any damage. I would think that he would have thought to do that in the 2 months he had it. The worst part about it is his absolute disregard for accepting any responsibility for it. Not one apology for any of it. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. This guy should be ashamed of himself.
I had a lot problems with my aunt's vehicle. It needed to be inspection, the front brakes replaced, rear brakes cleaned and adjusted, and my check engine light was on. Rick took his time with me. He inspected the car, changed the front pads, turned the front rotors once he inspecting them to insure that they were safe if turned, and cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. He then changed my rear wiper for me. He then diagnosed the check engine light and determined that it was my gas cap which he replaced. My Aunt is unable to sit with the vehicle. He is going to go to her home and pick the car up, fix it or inspect it for her and bring it back to her when it is finished. I can not ask for better customer service. He is reasonably priced as well. We even got a discount from him. He only uses quality parts as well. I highly recommend that if anyone needs work on their car, go to Rick. He even has a body shop.
