JC Pre-Owned Motors INC

I recently purchased the car from JC Pre Owned they went over and above to help me secure financing because my credit was marginal with several other dealerships and it's almost like they were living in the time of day. I arrived at JC Pre Owned and was greeted by a salesman named Steve was more than happy to take the time to show me several different Subarus that they had in stock at the decided on a 2010 Forrester that I liked the buying process was very easy even though my credit was very marginal and credit score.the greatest. Returned the next day with a few pieces of paper to verify my income and job status and a small down payment and a security financing for me And have me driving in a very nice Subaru Forrester in about 30 minutes I have had the car now for about three months absolutely no problems with my Subaru Forrester would recommend them for purchasing a more reasonable price car and a $10,000 price range thank you again Steve and Chris for a quick and pain-free experience of purchasing a car.

Ok I bought a car from this shady dealership took it back to them a week later because the suspension was making a lot of noises, sounding like rubber rubbing together every time I turn the wheel.. He told me that the car was fine and that's what fords sounds like when they get old. I knew he was BS-ing me. a week later the wheel fell off because the ball joint had broken. I gotten I got the 2 year warranty because my credit was approved. The company that gave me the 2yr warranty was WEC not the Dealership, so I called them and they said all I have to do is take it to a licensed mechanic and they will fix it. ( also I told them what was wrong)That company is shady too. I tried to find a Mechanic but most of them will not deal with with warranty repair companies. so I finally fond one that will deal with them. So I paid for a tow truck ($100) then after all that the company said they don't pay for ball joints repair, So I had to pay almost $300 to get it fixed and $100 for the tow all together almost $400. I called the dealership back they said they won't fix it but they will try to work out deal with me I told him no thanks and go ... well I guess know what I said next. bottom line I would be careful buying from this dealership, My daughter was driving at the time the wheel came off luckily she was only going 25 mph. If she was on the Interstate I would hate to think what would had happen then....
