Rosco's Pizza opened its doors November of 2010 in the Alaskan fishing community of Ninilchik. The idea was simply to create fantastic food in a fun, casually Alaskan atmosphere served with genuine hospitality at a price that keeps people coming back. We use top shelf ingredients in our hand crafted pizzas, subs, burgers, desserts and salads. Rosco’s is open for lunch and dinner year round for dine in or take out orders. We are also open for breakfast June through August. Services/Products

Rosco's features hand-tossed, made to order, stone-baked pizzas. We have all the usual favorites and some specialty pizza like our Ninilchicken: Red sauce with house cheese blend and a pesto swirl, roast chicken, mixed bell peppers, mushrooms and ricotta cheese. Or how about the Redoubt Pie: red sauce, house cheese, roasted garlic, artichokes and sundried tomatoes. Also making a strong showing on our menu are subs, burgers and focaccia sandwiches. Some of the popular sandwiches include the Wild Willie Blues Burger, Turkey Melt on Focaccia, Dean's Philly Bomb and Rosco's Muffuleta. Killer salads, wicked appetizers and homemade desserts fill out the Rosco's menu lineup with items such as the Rosco's Cobb Salad, Macho Nachos, Joey's Roni Stix and the not-to-be-missed Cheesecake creations that Carol makes. Rosco's is open year-round with a brief hiatus in January. We are open 5 days a week in winter and 7 days a week for the summer season starting in May and ending in September.
