        Overall

        Used in the past and was happy. Needed service on fireplace. We made an appointment but after multiple no shows and no return phone calls we gave up. Will never use again

        We used wheeler to install automatic awning and they were prompt and did great job. We decided to use them for 2nd job.

        We needed a quote and they did it same day and we were told they’d call with estimate.
        After lengthily time we called. They lost numbers for quote and came 2nd time.

        We called too many times to get that quote. We NEVER got return call. Once I even called and asked for an answer to “do you want the job or not?” Again no response . We moved on from there.

        Overall

        I bought an older house that had an ancient gas heater on the enclosed porch. After calling numerous businesses, Wheelers was the only company that would repair/replace the heater. Of course I needed a new one and so very happy I took their recommendation! Excellent service and very informative on their products. Happy Home Owner in Newton Falls
