We had a leak in our bathroom tub on labor day and they were out in a couple hours. They made the repair and left the bathroom clean.
I wrote a review earlier regarding my on-demand water heater and low water pressure. After the review was posted Advantage did reach out to me and did perform all the work they had promised. A thank you goes out to them for caring about their customers.

They charged almost $100 just to come and check out the problem (burst pipe) and give me a quote. Then, the plumber cut out a piece of pipe (which turned out to not even be damaged in the first place) before I contracted him to do work. After getting his $600 quote (to do a simple cpvc 12" pipe replacement) I sent him on his way and called someone else who charged 1/3 of his cost to do BOTH my cpvc replacement AND a leak I had in my main septic line AS WELL AS fix the pipe that Advantage had "mistakenly" removed. Just the facts, folks.
This is by far the best service company I have ever had!!!!!
