Dishonest, they will extend the contract without notifying the customer. I don't recommend this company to my enemy. would never go back to them. They are very nice before you sign the contract. Their true color shows after contract is signed.

Another employee, Dean Martinez, was here today covering for Tommy. He immediately took care of the problem in two locations within the building. I want to compliment both of these employees for their work ethic.

These people this company is fantastic. They helped me with a big problem, and I will say with problems like bugs and mice it causes a lot of anxiety. They came out promptly and fixed the problem within a matter of days. All things considering it was the most expedient I have ever had a problem disappear. They kept checking back in on me both the guy who came out and the manager to make sure I was pleased with the service. They talked me down off the ledge when I was freaking out, and then made it so I didn't have to freak out anymore! 11 on 10. If you have problems give them a call, they are great people!!!

Provided by DexKnowsTheir customer service is awful! Their customer service person took attitude with me the second I got on the phone and called me a "B" while I was still on the phone. All becuase I stopped my service until they cut me a check which they keep "forgetting" to do.

I would never go back to Smithereen again. While their bug service is fine, their office staff is awful. The customer service person I spoke with called me a "B" to her coworkers while I was still on the phone! All becuase I asked her to suspend my services until they cut me the check they owed me and "forgot" to mail out.
The Smithereen representative was courteous, very professional and aggressive in his approach to rid us of our pesky wasps. If it's true that there is strength in numbers, these wasps had strength. Plus, they guaranteed their work for a full 90 days! We've had others do this job in the past and none were anywhere near as good. I give them a 10 out of 10! Jackie Lewchenko
