        Room & food were very good, but service was lacking

        I forgot and left some items in the room. When I called back, John was very courteous and went to the room and found the items. I explained that I do not use credit cards, but would be glad to send whatever the cost might be if they would only forward them to me. at home. I left my nimber and after not hearing in a few days, I called back. John said that he would ask the manager and told me that he would see what the cost would be and let me know. I waited and have not heard anything more. I think that the only problem is that I do not use credit cards. No one wants to deal with people that only use cash anymore. If thats the case, I guess that I have lost they items. This seems to be a flaw with our businesses now and that's a shame.

        This was a very clean hotel. Everyone was very nice. The hot breakfast more than made up for the fact that this room was a little higher than the ones next to it. It wasn't just doughnuts, it was biscuits, gravy, etc!
