Hartland Propane

For the past year, the service has been great, until today.

I called to check on an order I had placed on the recording this past weekend. My concern was it had not yet been checked or overlooked.

I asked the lady who took my call when I could expect delivery. She rudely stated my order was on the board like everybody else's and they'd get to it.

Not, "I'm sorry, we've been swamped with orders due to the cold weather but I'll check and see what day you should expect delivery.

We're looking into the possibility of changing over from propane to natural gas simply because of the lack of true customer service.

I don't know if this lady was having a bad day or what but I do know her attitude cannot be good for their business,

For a small company, the people at Hartland Propane do all they can to help you when you need. They are always there for me and my family!

Very knowledgeable staff. Great service. Low prices without hidden charges (I called around).
