        Overall

        Took $700 to purchase materials & to do a retaining wall & worked for 4 days "prepping" & never laid the first brick. Had some girl doing the work while he sat in the truck & talked on the tlephone. If you know whats good you will not hire this guy. Not sure if he even knows how to lay brick?
