I had to be at the airport at 5:30 am on 9/6/16. Dawn was supposed to pick me up at 5 am. She never showed or called. I missed my plane and it cost me an additional $400.00 for a new ticket. When I called she lied and said she was at my place ringing my door bell. I HAVE NO DOOR BELL and was standing in front of my place from 4:50 am-5:50 am. I finally drove myself only to miss my plane. Don't use these people. They are liars and irresponsible.
Taxi cab backed into my camaro and did I hit n run. Their taxis are not insured, I have owner opportunity to make things right. He is a total jerk Hope nobody uses this company ever.
We have called on LaSalle Cab a few times since our car broke down, they have been awesome. Only once we had to call to confirm but was at other side of building, lost in communication on our part. Also driver even helped load and unload groceries on another trip. Keep up the good work!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST & THEIR AD ABOVE IS ALL LIES - THEY ARE ONLY A MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY & THEY DO NOT DO THAT VERY WELL EITHER - ALWAYS LATE - THE CARS BREAK DOWN FROM NON MAINTENANCE & THEIR DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES.
When we came out of airport and turned right we saw a taxi strand. We asked the guy about the bus stand. He said that next bus will be in an hour and it costs 18$/person to hop up the bus to go to Niagra Falls Blvd. Since we were four persons it would be 72$. He offered us to use his taxi service for 70$, he further added that if we travel on meter it will be more expensive. Taxi driver was all the time talking on his phone. He was going really fast. In the end he did not had the card machine working so he asked for cash. When we met hotel receptionist he told us that maximum fare should not exceed 50$. What I would recommend for future is always insists on meter and never trust any middleman. That guy was a big lier.
