One star is to.much for these guys. Took my jeep there for service on the electrical system, they found a broke wire. $450.00 it was fixed, which it is what it is. But when I went to pick up the Jeep there was damage to the passenger side dents and scrapes, the first guy I talk to said he would repair it after local collision shop and give me a loaner car until it was repaired. He told me he'd get ahold of me the following day after 3 days I return to the dealership and another guy there told me that he could contact the police and run it through my insurance, but they were going to pay for it because it was like damage that you would get at a grocery store or Walmart. so they don't feel that they are responsible for it. I would never buy another thing or get service from these losers again

Brought my car there for some work and the after the first time it felt worse so I brought it back and it still felt worse. Now they have my car and won't return any calls or anything and keep trying to sell me a new one. I can't help but to feel like they are destroying mine to get me to buy a new one. And after talking to some people they feel the same way, I just wish I would have talked to them before.
I was on the internet when I noticed this review. I have to say that I know this company both personally and professionally and am outraged that there is a medium like this available for people to abuse a reputable organization. I have purchased several vehicles from these people and they are not as this woman portrays them to be. It has been said that when emotions run high intelligence runs low. She obviously is used to getting her way and that didn’t happen on this day. This woman is clearly filled with emotion and nothing else. I’m giving the company and all the people that work there a 5. I would rate them a 6 if I could just for putting up with her!
I have been buying cars for over 20 years, and Steve Baldo Ford made my recent purchase the most pleasurable I can remember BY FAR. We have been dealing with the parts department at Steve Baldo for years. The parts department has a very knowledgable staff and are always willing to go the extra mile even when not asked. We count on them for all our OE parts as well as their knowledge if needed. Good job Chuck, Ed and the rest of the parts staff. An established relationship is always needed in this ever changing business.
I started out happy with this place but now I wish i hadnt walked in the door. The car dealer i dealt with, Jack White, turned out to be a liar and very unprofessional. Made promises to me and then went and told his managers different things. If u must go to this place, avoid Jack White. I had a problem and Jack wouldnt return my phone calls. When I got a hold of him Jack was very unhelpful and refused to get me to a manager when asked. I will never shop here again due to my treatment. The manager, Tom, was also not very helpful. only cared about cost on his end.
Donot buy a used car from them ,unless you want it to last about 2 months thats all mine did and when it was brought to their attention, instead of fixing the problem, they said we can fix it for a price, there is pride in what you do has anyone explained that to this place.If your happy spending money and just throwing it away this is the place to go.
