Wow, been there a few times, was not particularly thrilled. This last time, the guy got an attitude, my daughter said he was just fine with her, but when she went and got me to make account changes, and I started questioning him, he got a real attitude, like "I AM RIGHT!" Something just told me that he was lying. So, I looked at my daughter, when he was helping another customer, he was the only one there. And she said, "He's lying?" I said, "Yes." She said, "Want to go to Springfield?" They were a VERIFIED VERIZON store. They had NO IDEA, what the guy was trying to sell us, but they kept saying, you don't have an upgrade yet!?! However, we'd be mighty pleased to swap the phones for you! That's what she originally wanted, we had another phone she wanted to try. So they handed her back the phones, she handed them a credit card, and the guy jokingly said, THANKS! Are you just GIVING this to me? She said, "No, the other guy said it cost $30!" "Mom, we're coming HERE from now on!"



Horrible service

This store delivered the most horrendous customer service I've ever experienced. A simple phone upgrade required 5 trips to the store due to consistent mistakes. Not only were there mistakes, but the store manager/owner, who refused to give her name (which I later learned was GP), took no responsibility for the errors and raised her voice to customers. I will never visit this shop again, and would highly recommend visiting any other Verizon Wireless over this establishment. It is a shame that the store has gone so downhill, as the previous owners were extremely helpful.
