when you order your gown here you get %20 off bridesmaids dresses which is great. the day we went looking at bridesmaids dresses it was so unorginized and unprofessional. they have a young girl who was very unprofessional helping us find a dress. i did find a dress i liked. i knew my vail came in so i asked to see it, it was not the one i ordered. when i told them it was wrong they first told me it was the one i picked and tried to insist that was the one i wanted, i pulled out a photo of the one i wanted they reordered me the right one telling me they missed a number when ordering. it took almost 6 months for my briesmaids dresses to come in. when i walked in they were the wrong color. when i confronted them that they were wrong they kept insiting it was the color i ordered. she pulled the order form and under color there was a word scribbled out then the word turquoise. the color i wanted was peatone turquoise. i told her the word before turqiouse should have been peatone and then she insisited it wasnt. when i finally said i wouldnt take the dresses that came in they called the company and they said they could be rush ordered and be here in a few weeks, no later then the 31st. so i made a finally fitting for my gown that day so i can pick up the bridesmaids dresses while i was there. i called the week before my fitting to confirm my dresses would be there and they told me the were beign shipped the week before my wedding, even tho i was promised them by the 31st. i went back and forth with the shop to get them there by the 31st. they needed time for alterations. i then asked to speak with the owner Carissa. she at first told us there was nothing she can do. we asked her to be at our fitting the 31st so we can speak. we also let the shop know the day of my final fitting we would be taking my gown home. the day of the 31st carissa was late. while we were wating i tried on my dress. the seamstress came up and asked why i was there, i told her my final fitting and she replyed that i wasnt even in her scedule for that day. the dress was not steamed or pressed for me to take home. when carissa came she was apologetic. she said she personally got a hold of the company for the dresses and that they would be here the following week. why they couldnt do that before i dont know but she promised to call me monday with a confirmation and gave me her card incase i dont hear from her. come monday i of course did not hear from her. i called the number she gave me and her mail box was always full. i then texted her asking about the dresses. she had the nerve to text me back wrong number. i guess she forgot i spoke to her on this number the week prior. my dresses did thankfully get there that week. but to pick up the dresses you have to pay in full. they over charged my one bridesmaid twice by mistake. she called to tell them they insisted they didnt and told her they dont know what she does with her money but it wasnt their fault her account was over drawn. when my bridesmaid got her statement they did infact charge her twice. the problem was luckily fixed and she got her money back. this place caused me so much stress right before me wedding. it is very unprofessional and very unorganized.
