I am a woman and was new at RVing and told B&B, but not new to having a business. The son was very unprofessional. Overcharged me, never made any recommendations as to maintenance for the outside. Asked him to seal the rear seam, never mentioned it might be a good idea to seal the front seam. (I didn't know there was one. Missed it when I climbed a ladder to look). He never told me his labor rate. When I worked with customers, I educated them. I asked for an estimate to repair the shower wall. He said no problem, he would give me one when he winterized it and removed the carpeting around the toilet as I asked (which was to take 20 minutes). He got mad because I did not immediately say I would have him repair it, but then charged me an hour instead of 20 minutes to remove carpet. I asked him to go over the RV with me and explain things. Asked him if there was anything else it needed. Charged me an hour to go over it, when it took 45 minutes. I had asked him to make sure everything was working. That would mean the inside lights too. The one light I needed over the sink when I took it camping for one weekend before winterizing it, did not work. I asked him to order the covers that I found were missing and he refused to order them for me because he did not want to deal with the one company that could provide them. He told me to go on Amazon and find them. Even after that, I tried to be as calm as possible. When I was in business I gave a little extra to customers, not raked them over the coals. I talked to another customer that stored his RV there and he was not very satisfied either. Then he raised to labor rate from $80 to $90 an hour when I went to pay for it and picked up the RV. I don't think it is wise to treat customers that way. I would not use their services if they were the last RV place. As a matter of fact, I will go to Pete's RV in S. Burlington next time.
