The reason I rated my experience as a two is because I went three different times to get matter resolve. The first time the shop was close I spoke with one of the guys in service told him that I worked the rest of the week and get off at 5pm." I stated I would bring it in on Saturday morning and would that be a problem." "He stated no it would not."The second time I arrived at 9:35 and I spoke with Bill Nettles and he did not want to look at my car." He stated how busy they were and to bring it in Monday morning early." I understand they had to verify with warrant about deductible and warranty and not being open. Mr. Bill Nettles give me a phone and" told me to call Monday before I come and he would get me a rental. I said ok. Monday comes I call twice it goes to voicemail and leave a message and someone would return my call. I was already almost there." So I arrived at 7:45 a.m. and enter service parts I see Mr . Bill Nettles he walks by my car like we never spoke on Saturday after looking at the problem with my car. " I had to go to a different person and give details ,get register for rental, discuss what was wrong and total it all. This is very unprofessional Mr.Bill Nettles stated I had the platinum warranty and I all I would have to pay is my deductible . That was a lie also because my total was 100 dectible plus another 1.12 dollars and 86 cent. If I have platimum warranty why did I have to pay anything. On Saturday when I came and spoke with "Bill Nettles he was very rude , unprofessional even after I stated how my car was running. He basically just rush me along because he did not want to even look at my car. My father has been a customer with Casey for 33 plus years brought many cars from there. This is my second car from Casey but I am very strong on taking my business elsewhere soon. Dont't go to Hutchens Chevrolet , at least the service department! John, the leader of the green team, has a very bad habit of talking to you like you are stupid, he repeats himself... a lot. Cuts you off while you are talking to him, even if you have the courtesy to wait til he is done until you start talking. Ugh there is nothing worse than a jerk like that, to have to deal with when you are having car troubles. Acts like he knows everything, and has such a snide tone in his voice that will make you cringe. Other than this John character, Hutchens is a decent place, however I will never go back to them, because of him.
I was at the store to get information about motorcycles as I'm not yet a rider. The salesman I spoke with on a Saturday was very helpful and polite. He shared a wealth of information with me about riding in general as well as about the bikes he had on the showroom floor. He didn't rush me or pressure me and encouraged me to get a bike that felt good and that I really liked or I wouldn't want to ride it (I was fixated on the 0% deal one manufacturer had at the time). I will definitely go back there in a few weeks when I am ready to buy a bike. They take care of you if you get a bike from them too!
My experience at Priority Nissan today was excellent. Service Advisor Loan Pham communicated with me about my car. I had a problems with a previous appointment and I want to thank Customer Service Rep. Ashley Whitehurst for assisting me until I got the treatment that Priority advertise for their customers. Manager Kenny Lee made sure I was satisfied with the service that my car received. Great job all.
I never look forward to bringing my vehicle to a dealer knowing I have multiple issues. This time, my service rep, Sarah Moore eased the anxiety by ensuring me the team would not jump to conclusions and rely soley on what the computer told them. Instead they chose to pursue the more likely and less expensive cuprits. Good job, Sarah & the rest of the team!
I had the most amazing customer friendly visit at Nissan of newport news, as soon as I stepped in the door until I pulled off. Sarah Moore, was the service worker, who was my writer and did an expedient job of letting me know what my car may need and how long of a wait I had. Great personality and worker.

I had a very good experience here. bought a car at a very good price and it has been reliable since then. I have only good things to say about Mr. Lee and his staff, they're honest and won't try to rip you off like other places. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good deal on a car.
We bought a used car from them with no warranty and discovered it had a blown head gasket and due to design problems with the engine would be extremely expensive to repair. They replaced it with another vehicle of similar value at no additional cost to us. Thanks Pomoco.
