My Daughter bought a car from them. It had bean wrecked and they never mentioned it. You can't open back door unless you open front door first. They knew she was disabled and I feel she was really taken advantaged of. Plus when they did her papers they stuck on $650.00 for getting her the loan. When she asked they said she had to pay the loan officer for getting her the loan. The flap above the wheel keeps falling off. She has to have it jumped every time she starts the car. DON'T TRUST THEM. PLUS THEY HAVE NOT FINISHED PAYING THE SALESMANN HIS FULL COMMISSION..

$350+ service bill waiting for me, I had only authorized the $79 for diagnosis and explained that to the service manager Larry. He lowered the price to $250.00, I was OK with paying that because they had told us they found the problem and it was fixed. We got in the car and drove down the road and the same exact issue happend again, we returned to hutchens and left the car with them. I received a call the next morning from john again stating that they would need $1000.00 now to diagnose the car again, they said the first time we brought the car to them it had 1 DTC (diagnostic trouble code) when we returned the car now had 18 DTC's. I am now back to square one with my vehicle after paying $250.00 for unauthorized work that didn't fix my vehicles issue.
