Dr. Ridella (Endocrinology) seems too busy to be bothered with serious patient care. She rushes through appointments and focuses solely on lab results rather than how patients are feeling. If the lab results say you should not feel sick, then she does not believe that you actually feel sick. Patient input seems unimportant to her. Also, if you ask a question, she often dismisses it in a condescending way. I found that she was unwilling to explore alternatives. Once she makes a decision about treatment, that's the only choice you have, even if the treatment does not work well for you. I would NOT recommend anyone I cared about to Dr. Ridella. Find a doctor that actually cares about patients and listens to them.
