Not to go!!! I bought my very first adult toy got it home opened it to install batteries and it would not work. I immediately called the store and was told that I could not even exchange it. I live approximately 2 mins from the store so it's not that I use it. I didn't want my money back just an exchange. They were rude to me and treated me as if I were a liar. I will never visit there store again not even for lingerie!!!!!! $30 down the drain.
