Great Oak For the Elderly

this apartment although being run by HUD is a slum lord apartment. they have all these rules, yet they don't want to do anything about what is going on. I've lived here for 1 year and my carpet needed to be changed, it has pee stains all over it, and the stains came back within 2 weeks after we moved in. they have leaves all over the sidewalks, and the maintaince are not comeing down to fix it. We were flooded out in Aug 2012 and we have only 20 apts left of 146 apts, and the managers and maintaince are not even around to make sure we are alright.
