        They've always been very friendly and helpful to me. I find that the lower prices on mat boards and other framing supplies are worth my time to take a trip over the bridge from Norfolk to Hampton.

        Although they were not able to supply me with my needs, E.J. went out of his way to help me find what I needed. He not only had several suggestions on where to look, he gave me phone #'s and contact names. If you want great customer service - this is the place to go!

        Watch out for these guys. They like to play a game of BAIT & SWITCH. When I ordered a high quality watercolor paper which they ran out of, they send me a cheap student grade instead and refused to refund me for the mistake. The guy told me I had to "EAT IT"!!! Terribly rude, terribly callous people. There are lots of other places that offer good prices and good service. There are many many other options out there for those of you who want to save money on the web...this one isn't it.

        Wow these people saved me alot of money on frames. I found out from a friend that they build them and they sell to everyone including all the local frame shops. If you want to buy direct and save these are the folks. They saved me money on art supply's also.
