Arboretum Place Apartments

The people at this office are the meanest, rudest and most incompetence that I have ever come across in my life. I am the most patience person you will ever come across. But after almost 2 years of dealing with them after moving out concerning an issue that is their fault, I have no patience left. The worse person there, believe it or not, is the supervisor, the person supposedly the most responsible because she is in charge. I have called and came into the office numerous times inquiring as to when I will get a check for an overpayment, 2 YEARS....2 !!!!! , still nothing !!!!! They keep telling me...."oh it is in the mail....oh i'm not sure why u haven't received it......then oh yeah it haven't been processed.....oh i see ... the supervisor and her boss need to sign it..." STILL NOTHING !!!! NADA !! ZERO!! The supervisor never once apologized and just keep giving excuses. When I asked to talked to her boss nicely, she went off on me and tell me to do what I want and hung up on me. Good thing, I have recorded some of our conversation to play back for her boss to show how rude she is. I'm calling her next after this. If anybody needs the boss number to complain...her name is Mrs. Eagle @ 757-369-0826. Thanks for reading :)



p.s the only nice person there is melanie.....she was out to have a baby...... i like her.....nice, polite and smart.......not sure if she is back....she should be the supervisor
