As Showroom Manager, I took quite a bit of time to assist Mr. Stan. and bent over backwards to find the accessories he was looking for. I even brought many items up to the cash register. Mr. Stan is an elderly gentleman that was not very familiar with the internet, Google,YP,Yelp and the like, so I attempted to assist him with that. Unfortunately, he was very impatient and got frustrated quickly. Me and my manager tried to help him, but he would not listen to us ,and I found that he was not very amenable to learning the ways of internet. I even gave him step-by-step instructions on how to post a review. After quite a time of coaching, he finally typed the review in...and then he deleted it before he saved it. So, he left frustrated. Putting his frustrations on us, I feel, is unwarranted. I certainly appreciate the positive review of our service work and hope that he realizes that we actually extended a helping hand. Darryl and Jiree disassembled, moved, and reassembled my pool table on 4/19/2016 and were very professional. I was told that if I provided a review of the work that I would received a $25 credit on my next purchase. I came by the store on 4/20 to buy some other items for my table and tried to write a review. Very difficult time finding how to do it. The salesclerk tried to be very helpful, but her manager over the phone was not. I ended up walking out of the store since the credit would not be provided. Again Darryl and Jiree would have resulted in five stars for the company, but the difficulty in complying with posting a review lowered the overall score. I also found the store inventory to be lacking. I was looking for a pool cue rack plus some bridge and rack hooks for the table. Although there were about nine assorted styles of hooks in the store they did not have matching pairs other than two plastic ones which I did not want.

The installers, Walter and Jiree, just completed installation of my new pool table, Olhausen 7' ebony with marine blue cloth. The service, including the reasonable price, I enjoyed was top shelf. Kelly in the showroom and Walter and Jiree on the installation demonstrated excellent customer service. I recommend Long's Billard Supply without reservation. The installers exercised great care not to damage my new mahogany flooring or walls which could have easily happened while carrying the very heavy cabinet and slate to my 3 rd floor man cave. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!!Look at all the fantastic work we do. All of these tables in our review section were installed correctly. Of the few negative reviews we receive, it usually turns out that the playing conditions caused the problems. Low quality home-style pool tables are very sensitive to disruptive behavior. Keep in mind that when tables become unlevel, it is almost always a result of horseplay or rambunctious play or an attempt to move the table. Initially when we install or repair a table, we ask that the customer inspect our work and ask any questions prior to departing the job. We ask that they check the level of the table and make sure it is to their satisfaction. If required, we will adjust the work while we are there. We also advise the customers not to bump or move the table for any reason, because the table will be thrown out of level. Any horseplay will disrupt the slate and cause a charged return trip. Later when customers call in, some can be unreasonable and some are even belligerent to our sales staff blaming us for the disruption. I am happy to talk to customers with concerns and work through any issues as long as cooler heads prevail. Thanks, Scott Long
We have been extremely happy with the purchase of our pool table with Jaime and Ivan delivering and installing it. Both of them were very professional and personable with making sure that the table was perfectly level and placed exactly where we wanted it. We have been back to Long's on numerous times to purchase additional items including a dart board and accessories.
