Jackie at J&K Property Management Group will steal your deposit. She will coerce you and lie to you. It started with her threatening to move us out early against our will and without any cause whatsoever (pregnant homeowner decided she wanted to move back in to have her baby there), even though we had a signed, by both parties, lease renewal. We stood our legal ground and, because she didn't get her way, we knew that she would attempt to make our move out difficult. We made sure to follow the move-out inspection standard very carefully.We then notified her that we had vacated the property and cleaned it to standard. This was 2 weeks earlier than our signed agreement BTW. She did her walk thru and texted us that the oven would need further cleaning and the glass on the front door was dirty, but other than that we were good to go.We waited for the deposit check but it did not come within the very specified time frame. After calling and texting for a week she sent a certified letter stating we owed $513.68 ABOVE the $750 deposit she was holding ransom. She recreated the move-in sheet (which did not have our signature) to show that everything was in "excellent" condition when we moved in, and was missing, damaged, or needed cleaning. She added charges for items that NEVER EXISTED like a flagpole and American flag ($30.95) a shelf in the garage ($169.48) and numerous other items. We replaced the blinds with new ones and she apparently threw those out and bought some that were not the same as were there when we moved in and charged us for her upgrade. Items that we had noted on the inspection when we moved in and called constantly to have repaired, but to no avail, were now charged to us ($57.94 doorbell among other things). $66.78 for a bag of grass seed!In the end, we will get our money back because i have documented everything in anticipation of this, but i feel obligated to warn as many people as possible of her theft, deciet, and abuse.

First rate company!! Jackie is always such a sweet person. Whenever I have an issue of any type, they always get right to it...done. Highly recommend!!!
My experience with Jackie Kahle and J & K Property Management Group has been HORRIBLE. So far we have been at our property for 15 months and our heat has broke over 10 times. The repair man she keeps sending (Antwain) has a problem with keeping his appointments and when he does actually show up generally its at least 3 hours late. From the research I've been able to do her repairman is not licensed and did not follow proper procedures for the repairs he was doing. We had to have his work inspected by Codes and Compliances and of course it failed, even after he was given a detailed list of what needed to be done to pass inspection it failed again. Jackie has blamed everyone from the property owner to codes and compliances for her and her repair mans shotty work. If I were you, I would NOT do ANY business with Jackie Kahle/ J & K Property Management Group.
They are the worst Mgt company I have ever dealt with! They will not answer your calls, emails or texts concerning the property you are renting. The maintenance person that they do send, is a "jack of NO trades"! Steer clear!
We are a military family who came out to house hunt from Oregon. We made an appointment days in advance to see a property. Upon showing up at the location the tenant tells us that Jackie did not inform her of a showing, but that we were more than welcome to look. I called Jackie and let her know we were there in a voicemail message. Jackie calls us back as we are leavimg and says, "I'm sorry. I'm out of town right now. We already have two applications in for that location amd I wasn't going to send an agent out there again until we heard back on these applications." How professional is it to not even call us and cancel the appointment? I feel sorry for anyone using this "property management business".
