Bought a washer and dryer a month ago, (great sale but my contractor had issues), I had the set delivered today (Sunday) and they forgot the 10 ft dryer cord I paid for. I call the store at 3:30 to speak to a manager and at 6pm I'm still waiting for a call back. I've been told snarkily that I'll have to wait until Tuesday for them to correct their mistake. So I get to look at my pretty $1800 purchase and NOT use it in hopes someone will bring me the cord I paid for.
I purchased a full kitchen from the Jefferson Ave store a month ago and everything went great. I purchased all new products and the salesperson was the most knowledgeable I had come across while shopping for appliances, so I bought from him. The kitchen was delivered in the time they said it would be and I have no issues. I'll recommend them.
If you want scratch and dent, cheap stuff with no product knowledge then you are in the right store. Forget it if you want high quality, commercial grade/style. Forbid if you have a question like the width of a stove or frig. No customer service or care. My salesman was actually eating and trying to sell to me. The topper was when he was sucking air though his drink straw.....my husband who was looking at TV's yells across the store.."If you're sucking air it's empty!" We walked out. The owner needs to get his head out of the freezer and stop bouncing on mattresses and train employees.
Repair guys very knowledgeable about the appliances...saved us time and money by knowing the part needed the first time around...always on time and courteous. We keep their card close in case needed for another appliance!
Their service was prompt, their technicians are knowlegable, polite, courteous, and went the extra mile to inform and educate us on the details of efficiently operating our Bosch dishwasher. A mix-up on the part needed was corrected promptly and the repair was completed quickly and correctly.
If I could give this company a '6' I would. The technicians were extremely honest, professional, and personable. The office receptionist was delightful. She was really working with me to get a problem checked and fixed. When I told her how impressed with the first tech we had awhile back she was thrilled that we chose them again. Their company is truly there to be of help, not to just take your money. The first time I called for an estimate on an applicance, it would have been real easy for them to have taken our money to 'fix' a problem that wouldn't have lasted long, but rather, they suggested we replace it. A good reason to call them back. And we will continue calling them back for any and all appliance repairs we can use them for. And, we will definitely refer all of friends to them. Thanks soooo much! Ya'll are great!
Tru Blue was a really professional business that I can count on in my future repair issues. I own a rental property in Newport News and recently had a problem of refrigerator not cooling. Upon calling True Blue, they sent out a serviceman pretty much right away, charged me a very reasonable fee. The part I mostly admire about this business is that they show such a personal care. After repair, the owner called me to report what the problem was and to suggest not to repair the refrigerator in the future if similar leaking problem occurs. I thought it was very straight forward and honest of the owner. Who does that? What mechanic, repair shop or otherwise suggest their customers to replace the item after the first repair in lieu of giving them business over and over again? Therefore, I believe True Blue deserves a FIVE STAR. Highly recommended!!
