I paid cash upfront ($140) for a part for a washing machine and service for dishwasher and washing machine repair. The necessary part for the dishwasher was to come from the manufacturer at no cost. The gentleman said the parts were on order. After a few days I hadn't heard anything so called and was told he was out of town due to a death in the family, but the parts would be in and he would call me when they arrived. Still heard nothing so I called back, he wasn't actually going to be able to service our machines, but he had already ordered the parts and would get them to us when he got back in town, he was sending us a check in the mail for $140. Five days later I called again, he hadn't sent us the check because he was still out of town. Two days later I called, the check was in the mail. When the check never showed up I called and he said he would bring one by the following day. He has not brought us the check. It has been almost three weeks since his initial consultation. I have not received any services from this company, just a bunch of run around. I filed a complaint with the BBB to which he responded he would send me a refund "when he got settled". That was over a week ago, more than a month after I paid for the services, and I still haven't received a refund. I would give 0 stars if possible.
