Saratoga Place Apartments

The best thing I can do is let everyone know how crappy of a place this is. I have lived in several apartments and I must say this one is the worst and they are crooked in how they handle business. We had a decent landlord previously until she moved to another property. Our lease is about to be up and they have tacked on extra fees and taken our concession away. They are trying to charge us a late fee that we have paid in July due to being late.. If you are ever struggling or in a bad situation be careful Saratoga does not care. Also if you do look at an apartment keep in mind they most likely will not show you the apartment. They will show you this beautiful modal and expect you to sign a lease with them. We fell for it but please be wary of this as its a scam to get tenets in the door. I supposedly have a renovated apartment and I will say the kitchen cabinets are new and the flooring in the kitchen and main bathroom are new. They did not replace our carpet or even steam clean our apartment before we moved in. There were pet stains all over. The air conditioners are so loud that you can not hear the TV in the liven room. Recently my air conditioner in my bedroom is making such a loud noise that it sounds like an airplane taking off. I now resort to sleeping on the couch because its not important enough to fix. There is water leakage that took them forever to fix. My fiance discovered major mold issues that are just beyond repairable. Its actually in the walls where the air conditioner is. If you still decide to look at an apartment just be very careful. Look at the walls carefully under and around the air conditioner. If you are smart you will run far far away from this place...
