Javier's-Crystal Cove

I like Javier's in Crystal Cove because it remaind me of South Coast Beach Florida bar's. It's a nice upscale Mexican Restaurant & Bar where nice people hang out because of the area but too bad that they hire Rude and unprofessional bartenders.

In fact, i had a bad experience when one of the bartenders confused me with a girl that it was suppously drunk so he didn't want to place an order for me when i meet a nice man that it was ordering a drink for me. I got surprised, upset and embarrassed with this situation because i was there to have dinner with some coworkers after work and i don't really drink a lot except a glass a wine because we basically went there to relax after work. So, now that i am reading theses reviews i realized that i am not the only one with bad experiences with their employees rude and poor customer service. Too bad because the place is nice and they should it train and hire better bartenders with nice personality and of course better goodlooking then the ones they have. The place is nice and they need to have a better customer service. Not wonder is not that busy as it used to be.
