I had a horrible experience just recently at this local salon. I had never been before and wanted to give it a try. I was greeted by an individual that was less than happy to be there. She was very rude to me and did a poor job on my nails. When I called to speak with the manager, they told me I needed to come in so that the same person could re-do the work. I told them that I was not willing to let this person work on me again. And she told me that my choice was to let the girl who previously did them do them again, or nothing. I do not feel that this is proper customer service. I am making sure that I tell everyone I know not to go there. I am needless to say a very unsatisfied customer.
