I've been a customer of Natura...

I've been a customer of Natural Nails by Daisy for 12 years. I go there for services approximately 3 times a month, so that's about 423 times. My spouse has also been going there for 12 years, approximately 2 times a month, so that's another 288 times, for a grand total of 711 times. Each and every time we have been treated perfectly and have been completely satisfied with the services. The person who posted the bad reviews on this site is lying. I was in the salon when she came in saying that her lip wax had ripped off layers of skin. There was nothing wrong with her, physically that is. She made a huge scene in front of me and 7 other customers. None of us could believe how she was acting. She berated that staff, who offered to refund her money. She said that she expected them to give her "at least a free manicure and pedicure." Now, I ask you -- why would she want to return for services when she was so "upset" by her previous service? Trust me and hundreds of other 10-12 year customers, Natural Nails by Daisy is a perfectly spotless, professional, courteous, positive salon, with extremely nice people working there. In fact, you should go there right now!

I went here for my nails and a typical waxing. Upon waxing my lip and eyebrows they tore and grossly ripped my skin three to four layers deep until I was bleeding and crying.

Then the Owner Daisy denied that she and her technician Lee ever did this to me. The next day, Daisy the owner called me back to the shop, I thought she was going to apologize! INSTEAD, she and her employees circled me like crazy jackals and stated that I was a liar and that they never did this to me! OMG! WHAT THEY DID TO ME WAS CRIMINAL, HOW THEY TREATED ME WAS WORSE! I was shaking and crying so was humiliating and awful! To top it off the next day was Christmas Eve and everyone was asking me what happened. It is New Years and now, it appears that I will have a scar for life! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CALLED SCAR FACE! Just think, all I wanted was an apology...Evil exists at this shop!
