London Coin Gallery was the second shop to appraise my parent's old coin collection. Tami took the necessary time to fairly evaluate each coin whether in a roll or in an individual case. While waiting for the final appraisal (and offer) I roamed the gallery and saw amazing fossils, antiquities and rare coins. I assumed she would not want any of my collection but Tami had a fair offer that was close to the first appraisal from the other dealer. She explained the valuations and how some coins were worth face value and others were more valuable. I didn't hesitate to accept her offer! Highly recommend!

I went into this london coin gallery in Newport Beach. I was looking into selling some of my coins and possible buy others. This place is way over priced with a small selection, but the lady that looked at my coins really made me mad. Her name was Tammy, I think, and she is very rude and will try to rip you off. She knows she is ripping you off, and she will give you a lot of attitude when she is trying to do it. I had been there once before to find out what she would pay for a couple of my coins. I came in a week later with the same coins and more, ready to sell and she lowered the offers from the last visit. I asked her nicely why is she giving me lower offers now, just a week later. She replied that these are the same offers and she was angry and thought I was calling her a liar. I told her no, I am not calling you a liar, but you are changing your offers. She was furious for no reason and so I left. I will never go back there. I think they are having some bad times with business and she is taking out her frustrations on me, the customer. Dont go to this place unless you want to get ripped off and treated like crap.

These folks really know their stuff! I came to London Coin to purchase some gold coins, I feel I was treated fairly and given the best price in town... they also have some really wonderful antiquities from all over the world - I have finally found the perfect Christmas present!
