Overall

I had to actually open up a complaint against this business because they do not do as they say they will. They do not keep their word when they show you a certain mower and say "I will have it fixed up and running great when I deliver it to you". I trusted them on this and the mower that I was told was last years model (which would've made it a 2014) was actually a 2006. When we looked at it, it had obviously been run into something because the front of it was broken up (as plastic fronts will do when you run them into something). Mr. Pigg (the owner) said it would be fixed up and running great but instead, the front of the mower was still cracked up, it was leaking gas, the "oil drain" stem cap was broken off, there were no light bulbs and the light wiring wasn't even hooked up. We were then promised it would be fixed when they brought it back (which was 2 days after they promised it). It was worse. The mower was backfiring, dying intermittently, finally died completely and when I went to push it back, the mower wouldn't move, even though I pulled the lever to make it so you can't push it. When we spoke again with Mr. Pigg, he said instead of refunding the money we paid, he would give us a better mower with a bigger engine that ran better. I had to call today (the day this other mower was to be delivered) because it was already 3pm and I still hadn't heard from them. They decided to refund us the money instead but when I went to get the refund, they didn't even give me a complete refund. They withheld the sales tax, claiming at first that they weren't allowed to because it was a used product, then changing it to they wouldn't do it because we had returned the mower twice.
