The only problems I've had with them is occasionally they either start to tilt the can to dump it before it is fully over the hole they dump the cans into or they start retracting the can before it's completely empty leaving spilled garbage in the street. They don't make any attempt to clean it up (at 5:30 AM eastern).Item 2 that irritates me is on Holiday weeks they pick up 1 day late. The irritation starts with what they classify as a Holiday. They don't classify all Federal Holidays as a Holiday and do classify some state and local Holidays meaning you really don't know for sure exactly what Holiday they count, so I call customer service to find out for sure on a Holiday week and Customer service talks to me like I'm a complete moron. Besides the 2 above mentioned complaints they are a very decent Residential trash pickup service. There aren't any other options in my neighborhood except for going to the county trash drop off a couple of miles from my house that is only open 1 sometimes 2 days a week and pay them $3 per empty large trash bag as they won't accept trashbags from the store, drive home and fill them up ,drive back to their collection center only to have each and every bag opened and checked to make sure you haven't accidentally put any recyclable articles in the bag. I've spent more per month just on the cost of the empty bags than 3 months of trash pickup with a couple of irritations.
I picked up the phone I left for repair because it had been 10 days and hadn't been repaired. When I picked the phone up the screen had been broken and phone not repaired. He tried to tell me that it was broken when I brought it in. It was not broken. They do not know what they are doing there. DO NOT GO THERE FOR REPAIRS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING> THEY SHOULD HAVE NO STARS>
CLM = Waste Industries of Stockbridge. We used them for several years and had nothing but problems. They raised the prices on us 3 times in 2 years. They were partially picking up my trash. I come home after work to find my trash can half way in the street with some trash still in it. I called customer service and they offered me free recycling for the inconvenience, so I took it since we do a lot of recycling. The delivered 2 bins and everything was ok, until they started charging me $18 per bin. I call them again to talk about the charges and they basically didn't wanted to work things out. I told them I was going to take my business some where else and they were like "ok, can we pick up your cans this week?" SURE YOU CAN! & they did. Needless to say, their customer service is not there for you, they are RUDE. I rather pay more I be treated with respect. Pollard Sanitation here we come!
This week is the third time the collection did not happen. I rate this company as barely marginal. The telephone customer service is cumbersome and not knowledgeable. I am shopping for new company. Ohh Titan, why did you leave us!
Honestly the only reason this store gets a star is because I don't have the option of giving 0 stars. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and I have never been ripped off as bad as this store did. I went in for an upgrade. A sale's associate named "Fortune" was assigned to me. I decided on the Iphone 6, and after he tried to throw in a "free" tablet, I told him no because I did not want to pay anything extra per month. He then said he would throw in a bundle package which would be completely free, no extra charges per month. The "free bundle" would include a UE Boom speaker and an extra charger. My friend and I repeatedly asked what the catch was and he assured us there was no catch and the amount I paid that day would be it. I told him I recently went back to school and didn't want to spend a lot of money so if there was some fee to forget it. I pay for my phone and case, and as I am paying, I see the retail price for everything and freak out. He once again reassured me that was the total savings and not to worry, that I would absolutely not pay that. Here I am three weeks later. After an hour in the store with no help (I was told I shouldn't speak with the manager because they probably wouldn't be too nice to me and my best bet was to call customer service), I also spent an hour on the phone with customer service. Come to find out, the lovely store associate charged me for the case, speaker, and extra charger. So the $330 that I paid in the store did not go to the phone. Instead, he unknowingly put me on a monthly access plan and charged me full retail for the phone. The $330 I spent went to that "free bundle". Now it makes sense why he did not give me a receipt and had to go back for one. Customer service said it is disgusting how many calls they get like this because the store associates work on commission. Unfortunately, I tend to believe people are honest but this is obviously not the case at this store. I will never go back to this store again for a phone. Ever. I would suggest getting a phone online or finding a different carrier. I basically was played big time and am out over $330, and now signed up for some stupid monthly plan. I had an upgrade and could have had the phone for $200, so why would I have agreed to pay $650 over two years? I didn't even know they had an "access plan" or basically a rent to own plan. It truly is disgusting, and I would never allow my business to operate in such a disgraceful and dishonest manner. Yes I am sure the numbers for your store look great, but good luck keeping customers with such bad business. Word travels fast.
This store sucks ....it don't need a star ....they sell broken phones and have very bad customer service.
CLM is Waste Industries of Stockbridge. We switched to them when our previous service's quarterly fee got to over $90. We saw the CLM trash cans and called to sign up. They offered us service for $39 per quarter. Sounds great, doesn't it? Well, from the beginning, we had nothing buy problems! They took our first payment over the phone. Fine. Then we sent in the pro-rated payment for the rest of the sign-up month. They said they never got the check so we had to pay it again. And now we have to keep the amount deducted from our bank balance in case they suddenly 'find' the missing check and then cash it--which I have NO doubt they would do. Needless to say we never sent our payments by mail anymore--and it's the only way to pay without being charged a fee.Phone payments and online payments have a $4.95 fee!! The can they gave us was disgusting--filthy inside and covered in black mildew outside. Then, they kept missing our pick-up. No matter how many times I called, they kept missing us. It happened at least half a dozen times--just in the first few months! Their customer service is horrible! The people are unbelievably obnoxious and blame you, the customer, for everything. They are loud and rude. I just don't know how they stay in business. Today was the last straw for me. I made the quarterly payment online on Monday and got email confirmation and an online receipt--both of which I printed out (I learned my lesson with them blaming the customer for everything!) Today, 5 days later, I get an email from them saying the payment was returned and if I have questions I need to call. I call. I get yelled at that I must have made a mistake. I tell them I have printed receipts. Everything was done correctly. The woman was talking so loud at me (and I am hard of hearing), my head started to hurt. They want me to make another payment. I don't think so. I am so done with this company. I wouldn't give any star, but in order to post a review, you have to give a star rating. They don't deserve the one star. BUYER BEWARE!
I wouldn't use these people if they were the only ones in West Cobb. We've had an ongoing battle with them speeding on our street. Now when I witnessed garbage fall off the truck in front of our house, the driver denied it and started yelling which escalated in to a verbal argument. I had to get in front of him and block the street to get him to stop.They don't even rate 1 star!!!
