Newnan, GA Palmer House

Bought a flipped home from these guys in 2014. Very cheap cover ups and armature repairs done. The longer I live here the more I find band aid fixes. Have never sunk so much money into repairs and fixes that should have been done right in the first place, and I have owned older homes. Would never consider a home flipped by these guys ever again.

Terrible ... The lady in the leasing office is drunk on power regular inspections, where to park, where visitors can park, leasing violations for stupid stuff... it's too much petty crap and the neighbors are old with no job or lives so they're nosey stay away. The rent is cheap but peace of mind is priceless

Maybe The Cellar was good back in 2012, when the other reviews here were written, but it is awful these days. We gave this place a second try last week and it was terrible again. The staff is what you would find at a fast-food establishment, not an upscale (as they are trying to portray) steakhouse. My ribeye was overcooked and the waiter said he would have to get the General Manager to send it back. When the GM came over, he said that he thought it was not overcooked. It just got more ridiculous after that. The sides were very bland and greasy. They are in a nicer location now, next to the newspaper, but still not worth a visit. Avoid this place.

I like this place! Great atmosphere, but yes the service is REALLY slow. The spicy tails appetizer is amazing, make sure to get extra sauce. We keep coming back and will continue to do so!

Went there today at lunchtime..we were brought a drink then had to wait 30 minutes before the waitress came back to take our order..then we were told they were out of french fries..the decor was very nice but that was all..had 2 beers and then told them we couldnt wait any longer.. we were charged 7 dollars ...wont be back

I hope this review can be used as constructive feedback and that they get it together in time.The atmosphere and decor is the only positive I have right now and I will come back again after they have time to work out the kinks. The first thing I would suggest is that the concerns that the manager showed us should matriculate to the rest of the staff.My shrimp n grits came to the table cold as well as everyone s fries but I was the only one who sent it back. The re cook was prompt but I was disappointed to find a 1 1/2" lump in a 14 dollar dish. My wife who never ever has a negative thing to say told me her chicken wrap had a strange texture so I tasted it. To me the fact that is was so dry that I wouldn't eat another bite was all I needed to know. The waitress. Bless her heart. Forgot the request for my condiments and I was finished by the time she got it to me. My son waited for ten minutes before he could have his tea refill request fulfilled. And to top it off...how can you serve chicken wings and not provide a single toothpick?I promise to give you another try so I hope you take reviews seriously and humbly. I think you want to know if something isn't quite right and hear the feedback rather than wonder why business diminished.

Good food HORRIBLE service no one seems to know what is going on. All in all not worth the aggregation.

Same ownership as the Brickhouse. Same experience. Felt like I was bothering the bartender by ordering a drink. Glass sits empty and they overcharged me for the privilege. No, no apology for the error. Avoid this place until they close and the new concept takes over.

Applebee's used to be a great place to eat lunch or dinner at but not anymore. Bcuz the last my husband n I n our kids went, my husband found a piece of blonde hair n his dessert. I have also heard people around our table that there food was cold. I have also heard from my family that they found a broken plate piece n their food n a roach n the coke drink.i will recommend u not to go there. IT'S VERY NASTY!!!!
