Childrens Clinic: Malcolm H. Cole Jr.

This is the best run pediatric office in town. Compassionate and knowledgeable doctor and staff. He keeps up on all of the latest medical practices as well.

Dr. Cole is one of the best. He and the entire staff are awesome. There is hardly ever a wait time for your appointment, and if you have any questions of concerns, you can give them a call and they can take care of it over the phone.

The Childrens Clinic does a good job with the patient care services that they offer. Dr. Cole is professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Cole has been our pediatrician now for three generations. He and his staff are the best, we've never had a complaint.

Dr. Cole and his staff are great. They try their best to get you into the office as soon as possible when your children are sick. Dr. Cole provides his home phone number to the parents in case of an emergency, which is really accomodating.

We love Dr. Cole and his staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else - he's great!

Dr. Cole remembers his patients and know them by name which is nice when you are out in public. All of my kids trust and love him.

I love that Dr. Cole has been around for years and is very experienced in the field. He is kind and sincere and even knows you by name when he sees you out in public.

Dr. Cole is an excellent pediatrician. I'm so glad that he properly treats my children. If they do not need antibiotics, he doesn't prescribe them. I am so thankful for a doctor who explains symptomatically how to treat a virus. All of my children are patients of Dr. Cole, even my 19 year old continues to see him. She doesn't want to change doctors. Everyone has shown such care for my children.

Worst experience at a pediatrician ever. We had only been to the old location once and the NP saw us there as Dr Cole was on vacation. She was fantastic so I had high hopes when I made the next appointment at their new location. We showed up and were sent to the the sick waiting area. Didn't have to wait long (probably the only other plus along with location). The nurse who took us back was rude and very unfriendly. Being as they had no clue who we were she didn't talk to my daughter or myself she didn't even come to the waiting room to get us she yelled out from the other side of the clinic to come over. Then when we were to go wait in the room she did not take us to the room but said oh you're in room 3 down there....we had NEVER been to this office before I had no idea where the heck she went after she pointed to the room. Then Dr Cole came in and as nice as he was did not introduce himself ask what the issue was, he just started going at my daughters face with the lights and tongue depressors without saying a word to either of us. I was so shocked I couldn't even think to say anything. Now I am not a prissy mother who needs her hand held and be babied but I do expect communication for a pediatrician. I also expect if you work with kids day in and day out your have a certain level of "warm and fuzzy". I changed their PCP immediately following this visit.

They know us very well after going here for a few years. The staff is very friendly and caring. They show genuine concern for each kid and make sure that they are comfortable.

IF I COULD I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT A STAR. THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR IS A QUACK. THEIR EQUIPMENT IS FROM THE EARLY 90'S , THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME BY 60 DOLLARS, AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THIS DOCTOR GAVE MY DAUGHTER ZANTAC (ALLERGY MEDICINE) FOR A 101.8 FEVER COUGHING UP PHLEM, WEEZING AND SORE THROAT, TOOK HER TO HER REGULAR DOCTOR TODAY AND SHE HAS PNEUMONIA AND HAD TO HAVE XRAYS STEROIDS ANTIBIOTICS AND BREATHING TREATMENTS!!!! WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BY THE QUACK OF A DOCTOR YESTERDAY .. BUT INSTEAD HE SAID IT WAS JUST '' ALLERGIES'' AND DIDN'T CONDUCT ANY OTHER TESTS. IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO GET DIAGNOSED WRONG AND YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR CHILDS HEALTH.. THEN BY ALL MEANS TAKE THEM HERE. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE, WORD OF THIS IS ALREADY SPREAD ON FB AND I'VE HEARD SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AS WELL.

We have lived in Newnan for 7 months and I was nervous about finding my kids a new Doctor. They had been with their previous Doctor since birth! I found Dr. Malcolm on line, my Hubby took the 2 oldest for a sports physical and they liked him! I was hesitant to schedule my 2 year old just because she had recieved all her shots from the other Doctor, and they were familiar with her. All doubts left as soon as I made the appointment! Dr. Malcolms office told me to make sure my daughter is well hydrated because she will have to give a urine sample, I was shocked! My children have "NEVER" given a urine sample at their Peds office! I know its crazy how can I get excited about that! Its the details, they go through! The office has puppets hanging from the celing and music is playing, I loved it! Dr. Malcolm is old school and I like that:) I hope he does not retire to soon!
